General
Glossary
Use this command if you want to resize the entire chart (or part of it), usually so that it will fit into a certain number of pages.
Which chart elements do you want to scale?
Select All if you wish to scale every element in the chart. If you only want to scale the currently selected elements, select Selection.
How do you want to resize these elements?
Fit the current page selection
If you have already selected which pages you want to print for this chart, use this option to scale the elements to a size where they just cover all the selected pages. Note that this function does not move the elements to the selected pages.
Fit into ? pages wide by ? pages tall
Enter the width and height (in number of pages) of the area which you want the elements to fit into. The size of the pages is determined by settings in "Edit | Page setup".
Scale to ?% of original
Enter the scaling factor. For example, 50% will make the elements half their current size, 200% will make them twice their current size. Minimum scaling is 1% but if you need a smaller percentage you can use the Scale to fit command more than once on the same elements.
Keep aspect ratio
If the overall shape of your chart (or selected elements) is not the same as the shape of the selected pages, the chart will become squashed either horizontally or vertically when you scale it. To prevent this, set the "Keep aspect ratio" option. This will maintain the shape of the elements and the overall shape of the chart.
