When you zoom out from a chart so that you can see more of it, the text normally becomes too small to read. TreeDraw can enlarge the text which the mouse is over into a magnified box. See below for an example.

The enlarged box only remains visible while the mouse is over a text element and changes as the mouse moves over different text elements. The text enlargement feature is only active when the drawing area is zoomed out past a certain percentage value. This prevents the enlarged text becoming a nuisance when you can still read the text on the chart itself.
You can select whether this feature is active, the font used, the colour of the enlarged background and the zoom percentage at which the feature becomes active, in "Options | Preferences | Appearance".
