You can move one or several chart elements at a time.
If moving just one element, place the mouse cursor over the element. The cursor will change to
or
. Press the left mouse button, drag the element outline to its new position and release the mouse
button.
If moving more than one element, first select the elements you want to move, place the mouse cursor over
any of the selected elements. The cursor will change to
. Press the left mouse button, drag the
element outlines to their new positions and release the mouse button.
If the element(s) you are moving have any lines joined to them, then the joined ends of the lines will follow the selected elements, stretching the lines. However, if you simply select a joined line it will move in the normal way.
This selected text element has a line joined to it (which is not selected). Only the top of the joined line will follow the text.

This joined line has been selected on its own. It will move independently from the text but will remain joined to it.

Both text and joined line have been selected. Both will move.
